Our team builds, owns, and operates RNG projects that prove sustainability and profitability can go hand in hand. Every project we develop helps farmers, communities, and investors participate in the energy transition while directly reducing emissions. BerQ RNG is an investment platform of Lotus Infrastructure Partners, a private equity investment firm that specializes in energy infrastructure investments. Your work will ensure HR operations across the U.S. and Canada are consistent, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
We’re seeking a positive, adaptable professional who enjoys working across multiple projects, builds strong relationships, and is equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities include
